The buyer then purchases and receives the content immediately online, as the content can be downloaded instantly into any publishing system. And because of Mochila's unique technology and business model, the seller receives an unprecedented share of revenue from the syndication transaction.
Mochila also provides placement and revenue-sharing opportunities for online advertising. Advertisers have the opportunity to align ads with relevant content.
