MOCHILA LAUNCHES UNIQUE ONLINE ADVERTISING SERVICE THAT MATCHES ADS WITH RELEVANT CONTENT-PARTNERS WITH 24/7 REAL MEDIA, QUIGO & TACODA®

New service to premiere at ad:tech conference Nov. 6

New York City, NY (November 6, 2006) –Mochila (www.mochila.com), the first global online marketplace for print and photo content, is launching its innovative online advertising-supported service at the ad:tech interactive and online advertising conference November 6-8, 2006 in New York City, it was announced today by CEO Keith McAllister.

Mochila’s new online advertising service is a new and unique model that allows web publishers to acquire the world’s best content for free while earning revenue from highly relevant advertising. Content owners can syndicate “micro-footprints” of their brand out to the edge of the online world while earning ad revenue while advertisers can align their brands with highly relevant content and reach a self-selecting target audience.

Mochila’s unique positioning brings together content owners with trusted publishers and ensures brand advertisers a protected environment where their brand can be aligned with the content that works best for them.

Mochila provides advertisers with a unique degree of choice and control. An advertiser can choose to advertise along with a specific article or series of articles, subject categories, well-known newspaper and magazine brands, or categories of brands.

By using Mochila’s patent-pending “Total Control” tools for “Atomic Licensing,” advertisers have the ability to opt-out of certain sites, sites in certain categories, or, even, specific brands of content.
